Mira Boegel

Biography

Mira is a Kinesiology and Health Promotion/Health Equity major. She hopes to work in a sport psychology or strength and conditioning setting. She’s also interested in pursuing a masters in exercise psychology. She was able to learn a lot from taking kinesiology courses related to exercise psychology and public health. She joined the Wellex lab because she wanted to learn how to apply some of this information in a clinical setting. Mira’s favorite way to stay active is weightlifting.
