The Wellbeing and Exercise Laboratory, led by Dr. Jacob Meyer, PhD, is recruiting a Research Specialist to assist in the day-to-day functioning and coordination of an NIH-funded clinical trial termed the CBT+ trial. This trial will run for 3 years and investigate the effect of priming regular one-on-one therapy sessions with exposure to exercise or a calm environment for adults with depression. The successful candidate will be involved in conducting study sessions, analyzing data, reporting results to various organizations, and other requirements for helping conduct this randomized, controlled trial. This position is ideal for a candidate looking for a multi-year research position and/or a candidate looking for significant research experience before applying to graduate programs. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be interested in working on the project for the duration of the 3-year grant.
