Biography

Mia is a Kinesiology major, and her future career plan is to become a Physical Therapist. Mia joined the lab because she believes the connection between physical activity and mental health is really important, and she finds it very interesting. Mia’s favorite ways to stay active are going for runs, playing tennis and pickleball.
